SEGRO has announced it will rent 900 sq m of logistics space in its SEGRO Park Düsseldorf-Süd to the Japanese manufacturer of industrial tools and office supplies MAX, which is currently building up its presence in Germany. According to Oliver Kuropka, Associate Director, Development, Light Industrial at SEGRO, its modern features make it well suited for a representative market entry in Germany.
The SEGRO Park Düsseldorf-Süd currently comprises a total of 55,300 sq m of commercial space. Of this, around 6,800 sq m are still available for rent in flexible units.
It is well connected to the motorway network and is around ten kilometres from downtown Düsseldorf. The area is located between the Reisholzer Hafen, the industrial area of the south of Düsseldorf and the Benrath Residence.
