SEGRO has announced the leasing of 2,500 sq m of manufacturing and logistics space of its SEGRO Park Düsseldorf-Süd to K Line Europe, a large European manufacturer of orthodontic solutions. The manufacturer will move into the space in Summer 2022.
SEGRO Park Düsseldorf-Süd is located between the Reisholz port and the industrial area of southern Düsseldorf. Furthermore, it is well connected to the A3, A46, A57 and A59 motorways and it is not far from Düsseldorf Airport.
The SEGRO Park Düsseldorf-Süd currently has a total of 55,300 sq m of space, which is now almost fully let. According to SEGRO, the areas offer high quality and sustainable constructions.
