SEGRO has announced it has leased 11,500 sq m of logistics space in its SEGRO Logistics Park Krefeld-Süd, which was completed in December, to WISAG Industrie Service, which specializes in taking over secondary processes related to production and administration at industrial companies. WISAG has been using the space since July 2020, but so far only as a subtenant.

Associate Director Asset Management Logistics at SEGRO Sebastian Hofer commented: “This direct re-letting and thus uninterrupted full occupancy of the largest SEGRO park in Germany illustrates the great demand and the attractiveness of our space.”

The park’s newer buildings have the German Sustainable Building Council sustainability certificate. Existing tenants include DSV, ASICS and UPS.

SEGRO stated that the facility is in an advantageous location, with good connection to the A44, A57 and A52. The facility is also close to Düsseldorf Airport. Additionally, nearby regional freight railways and rail networks  provide good conditions for rail-road transhipment.
