SEGRO has leased a unit in the SEGRO Logistics Centre Rijnlanderweg to Loyal Cargo Services B.V..
The Logistics Centre, which is located right next to Schiphol’s Zwanenburg runway, has a total of 12 units and has had Loyal Cargo Services B.V. since 1 March 2022. Loyal Cargo Services B.V. has signed a lease agreement for one of the modern units located next to SEGRO Park Amsterdam Airport. With the rental of this unit, only the LM unit is available for rental.
Loyal Cargo Services B.V. has signed a multi-year contract for Unit J, with a size of approximately 1,386 sq m. Logistics service provider Loyal Cargo Services B.V. offers complete logistics solutions to its customers. Loyal Cargo Services B.V. has been known for a year as a subtenant of the previous tenant who returned unit J, K and LM.
