SEGRO has signed two new, multi-year lease agreements at the Rijnlanderweg in Hoofddorp, the Netherlands. These are contracts with Global E-commerce Experts and SIAN Wholesale.
Global E-commerce Experts is an e-commerce player, specialized in management services that support business growth. SIAN Wholesale is a logistics service provider in the field of FMCG. Both parties have agreed to rent warehouse units of approximately 1,900 sq m from November.
The SEGRO Logistics Center in Rijnlanderweg offers room for expansion for both companies. It is located near Schiphol airport.
Andy Hooper, CEO, Global E-commerce Experts, commented: “The Netherlands is a very important base for us, because it provides the infrastructure we need for the rest of Europe.”
Rudolf Fourie, General Manager, SIAN Wholesale, said: “In preparation for Brexit, SIAN Wholesale has expanded its activities to the Netherlands. With a physical location for both personnel and goods within the EU, we can continue to serve our European customers optimally.”
