Wincanton announced that it has been awarded a new five year contract with Phillips 66 Limited, a subsidiary of Phillips 66, an integrated downstream energy corporation. With a longstanding collaboration spanning over two decades, this contract signifies a significant expansion and continuation of Wincanton’s services for Phillips 66 Limited. The contractual involves the management of transport operations, the distribution of commercial and retail fuels from strategic terminals, including Immingham, Kingsbury, and Teesside, to various JET forecourts situated across the UK.

In addition to managing the transport operations, Wincanton reaffirms its commitment to providing meticulous planning and scheduling services to ensure optimal efficiency and operational integrity throughout the distribution process. Furthermore, as part of this contract extension, Wincanton will integrate 13 new colleagues into its workforce, as they undertake the responsibility for the distribution of commercial and retail fuels from the Bramhall Terminal in the northwest region of England.

Carl Hanson, Managing Director of Transport at Wincanton, expressed his anticipation for the contract extension, stating, “Wincanton has been privileged to serve Phillips 66 Limited since 2001.
