trans-o-flex has appointed a new CEO, effective from April 1, 2017. Wolfgang P. Albeck will replace Frank Iden, who left on March 31, 2017 to start his own consulting business.
Albeck had worked for DHL since 1997. He held management positions within the Parcel and Express side of the business, before becoming CEO of DHL Express Germany and Managing Director in Austria. Prior to this, he worked for TNT Express for approximately 10 years where he became Director of Operations in its German headquarters. Albeck also worked for medium-sized forwarders Heppner and Haniel.
Albeck will take responsibility for Sales & Marketing, Customer Service, HR, Legal, Safety, Quality Management, IT as well as Internal and External Communication.
