Prologis has reported its financial results for the third quarter of 2020. Revenues for the quarter totalled $1,083m, up 14.9% year-on-year from $942m in Q3 2019. Adjusted EBITDA attributable to common stakeholders for the quarter was $980m, 19.4% from $821m in Q3 2019.
Net earnings per diluted share was $0.40 for the quarter compared with $0.71 for the third quarter of 2019.
“Activity in our portfolio is robust and broadening – a reflection of increased demand in the quarter across multiple sectors, the adoption of e-commerce and the need for higher levels of inventory,” said Hamid R. Moghadam, chairman and CEO, Prologis. “We remain focused on addressing customer pain points through our investments in data, labour solutions, technology and innovation.”
