Starting from January 2nd, 2023, Mindaugas Pasilauskas took the place of the CEO of Girteka Europe West, a newly established legal entity after separating Girteka into three business units and a competence centre. To prepare the company’s structure for future expansion, the management decided to restructure the Group and its commercial organizations into separate business entities.
Regarding the changes, Edvardas Liachovičius, CEO of Girteka Group, says: “I believe that those changes, experience, and knowledge of colleagues in new roles will help us in our strategic growth to become one of the Top 10 logistics companies in Europe.”
Mindaugas Pasilauskas was the CEO of Class Trucks, a transport asset management company of Girteka Group, as well was responsible for strategic decisions and sustainability agenda.
