ESA Logistika, a logistics company in Central Europe, is expanding its leased space in SEGRO Logistics Park Stryków for the second time in recent months since March 2022. Under the new agreement, the space occupied by the company will increase by 2,900 sq m, reaching a total of 10,400 sq m.

ESA Logistika operates in distribution logistics, warehousing, international road and intermodal transport, as well as sea and air forwarding. It also offers logistics outsourcing projects and a wide range of value-added services (VAS). It is part of the Hitachi Transport System Group, which as of 2022 employs more than 1,500 people.

SEGRO Logistics Park Stryków currently has a size of over 300,000 sq m, the largest SEGRO warehouse park in Central Europe, capable of expansion of up to 400,000 sq m. It was created for large and medium-sized enterprises. It lies in the very centre of Poland, at the intersection of north-south and east-west routes. It is located about 8 km from Łódź and directly on the A2 motorway (Berlin-Moscow), as well as close to the junction connecting the A2 motorway with the A1, as well as DK14 connecting Łódź with Warsaw. The park is under the care of a dedicated Property Manager, and all new facilities have ecological BREEAM certification.
