UPWIND describes unforeseen external events (port congestion, climatic events, political, and social movements) or internal (computer attacks, fires…), their impact on the supply chain, and the proposed continuity plans of the company’s operations.
The company wishes to provide additional and differentiating value in the external information that it transmits to its customers.
