Bolloré Logistics opens aerospace warehouse in Hamburg

Bolloré Transport & Logistics and supply chain services company Czarnikow are collaborating to support Bolloré’s sustainable development in East Africa through the VIVE Sustainable Supply Programme.

Bolloré Logistics has announced the opening of a 7,000 sq m aerospace warehouse in Hamburg.

The facility was built in 2018 and is located next to the port of Hamburg and a few kilometres from the production sites of aircraft manufacturers and original equipment manufacturer suppliers. It allows access to the motorway network, so that parts can be transported in 5 to 10 minutes at the foot of the production lines.

The new warehouse is part of Bolloré Logistics’ European network with aerospace hubs already in Toulouse, Marseille, Paris, London Heathrow, Amsterdam, Rome, and Madrid.

Bolloré Logistics’ global Aerospace network is spread across 24 sites for 150,000 sq m of total storage area and employs 1,200 people in 100 countries.
