Allport Cargo Services launches ACS Quick Track app with AI chatbot functionality

Allport Cargo Services has launched its new ACS Quick Track mobile app. The app, free to use, is being rolled out in April and will include an AI chatbot functionality. Allport Cargo Services said that it is fast tracking the release of this product in the light of COVID-19 measures and to facilitate customers’ tracking and monitoring of shipments.

ACS Quick Track’s key features will include:

  • Carrier neutral global live tracking across all shipping modes
  • Key milestone status updates
  • Shipment search
  • Purchase order search
  • Search by partial information
  • Bookmark shipments to watch list
  • View by milestone status
  • View by transit leg
  • Realtime global tracking with map view by location and transit leg
  • LUIS enabled bot assisted information request
  • Customer team live chat
  • iOS & Android compatible

According to Allport Cargo Services, the app is part of its ACSelerate2021 Digital Transformation strategy to enable digital solutions for its customers. Generation two of the app is already in development and will be released shortly.
