Amazon fulfilment centre

Amazon has announced plans for a new fulfillment centre in Miami. The new 800,000 sq ft facility will feature innovative technology such as Amazon Robotics that will assist employees in fulfilling customer orders.

Amazon already operates a sortation centre and a Prime Now hub in the area.

The new Amazon fulfillment centre will be located at The Carrie Meek International Business Park.

Employees at the fulfillment centre will pick, pack and ship small items to customers such as books, electronics and toys.

Two new fulfillment centres were recently announced in Jacksonville and with this new facility, the company’s presence will increase to ten locations, including fulfillment and sortation centres and Prime Now hubs.
