Jagged Peak, Inc., a provider of e-commerce solutions and fulfilment services, announced that it has expanded its FlexNet fulfilment network, adding its 25th location in Chicago, Illinois, US. Jagged Peak selected iD Commerce + Logistics, a provider of e-commerce and fulfilment solutions, as a 3PL partner to provide additional warehousing and order fulfilment capacity to support their e-commerce clients at the new 120,000 sq ft facility.
Jagged Peak’s FlexNet fulfilment network leverages the EDGE distributed order management software which it claims allows it fulfil 92% of customer orders next day using low cost ground delivery services. Same day delivery service is provided in 13 of the 25 FlexNet locations.
“Adding new distribution partners allows Jagged Peak to get even more aggressive in delivering product to our client’s customers, same day.
