Pacific International Lines Ltd (PIL), a Singapore based shipping line, announced that it has entered into collaboration with fellow shipping lines Hanjin and “K” Line in the intra-Asia trade. The new service, named China Straits Express, will deploy a total of 4 vessels of 2,500 TEU each.
The service is designed to enhance service delivery and improved transit time with direct sailing between China, Thailand and Vietnam.
The weekly service covers the following port rotation in 28 days:
Qingdao – Shanghai – Ningbo – Laem Chabang – Singapore – Port Kelang – Laem Chabang – Ho Chi Minh – Xiamen – Qingdao
