Yusen Logistics has begun offering new services to solve complex logistics problems to customers who demand more integrated services and deeper supply chain management.
Yusen aims to use the new set of services to support customers who are faced with different types of logistics challenges, including changes in tariffs in different countries. The new logistics support service utilises a database of six functions to provide information on tariff classifications, the latest tariff rates, and rules of origins.
Yusen also provides other supply chain diagnosis services such as landed cost calculation, including transportation costs, tariffs, and insurance premiums, sourcing analysis, and market information.
Yusen expects that this type of services will reduce tariffs and improve efficiency and mitigate risks across the entire supply chain.
