XPO Logistics has been awarded a contract by Stokomani to manage the supply chain for its 100 stores in France. XPO has created customised solutions to support the development of the French clearance retail leader.
XPO will operate a 16,000 sq m warehouse in the Ile-de-France region, managing all phases of storage, fulfillment and distribution. An estimated 2m parcels and 58,000 pallets will be received at the facility annually, and XPO will prepare an estimated 1.9m outbound parcels and 50,000 pallets. Stokomani’s in-store product range changes rapidly based on its sales strategy and fluctuations in volume, requiring constant redesign of the logistics processes. This will be accomplished by XPO using its proprietary warehouse management technology.
