Wincanton renews its food logistics contract with the Co-op


Wincanton has announced that it has renewed its distribution contract with the Co-op, which has signed another five-year agreement.

Wincanton will service the Co-op’s Logistics depots at Lea Green in Merseyside, UK, and Cardinal in Cambridgeshire, UK. Wincanton will utilise around 700 staff and a fleet of over 500 vehicles, which will make around 130,000 journeys per annum to up to 1,000 Co-op stores nationwide.
