Wincanton has renewed its contract with Müller for the collection and delivery of milk products for a further three years.
The deal will see Wincanton continue to collect more than 700m litres of milk each year from over 450 farms across the south of England and Wales for onward delivery to Müller’s dairies in Bridgwater, Droitwich, Severnside and Market Drayton.
The contract will utilise a dedicated tanker fleet, supported by the latest telematics technology.
Rob Hutchison, Operations Director at Müller Milk & Ingredients, said: “We’re proud to buy a fifth of all the milk produced on Britain’s farms and it’s crucial to our operation that it is safely delivered into our network of super dairies in a timely fashion.
