In 2022 Ti, in partnership with the Foundation for Future Supply Chain, launched their Gender Diversity Study, aimed specifically at the logistics and supply chain sector. Its goal has been to discover the implications of wider societal barriers for the industry; to identify those unique to it and to assess how much progress has been made over recent years.
Our report, Women in the Transport & Logistics Sector, contains analysis of the ongoing study and interviews with five women working within the industry.
