As part of its ongoing development, Ti is now seeking a Researcher to join its Research team and help deliver the company’s strategic growth plan. Based at Ti’s global headquarters in Bath, the Researcher role sits within the company’s Research team, responsible for the ongoing production of market research products including reports, data tools, and GSCi, Ti’s logistics industry research hub.

Role Overview:

Ti is looking for a highly motivated graduate ready to work on diverse topics within Ti’s Research function. We view our Researcher position as the start of a rewarding, challenging career.

Researchers work across the full range of Ti products, contributing to market reports, Consulting projects and GSCi, Ti’s logistics industry research hub, from day one. Researchers need to be motivated and willing to develop a range of quantitative and qualitative research skills, and Ti prides itself on offering its people all the support and development opportunities they need to succeed.

The Research will…

  • Support the Research team in the analysis of financial, operational and strategic data, and assist in analytical work, desk research and data collection
  • Compile summaries of manufacturers’ and retailers’ distribution strategies through primary and secondary research
  • Provide accurate and comprehensive information on economies and infrastructure
  • Keep abreast of and disseminate information and insight into industry trends
  • Provide Briefing notes for Ti’s Logistics Briefing news service

You’ll need to have…

  • At least an undergraduate degree – we’ll provide full training in all aspects of the Researcher role, so any discipline will be considered
  • Passion and genuine interest to work in market research, and for developing your research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • A growth mindset – we’ll support and encourage your development, and you’ll challenge yourself to improve and grow

Things we’d like to see but which aren’t essential…

  • Self-motivation and ability to multi-task and deal with ambiguity
  • Working proficiency of a European language would be a plus

Salary – £19-£22k per annum depending on experience
