John Lewis, a leading omnichannel retailer based in the UK, has once more extended its relationship with iForce for the provision of online fulfilment support. The companies have had a relationship since John Lewis launched its online retail offering in 2002.
Operating from a 238,000 sq ft warehouse facility in Redditch, iForce will continue to provide their ‘Gateway’ fulfilment service powered by SMART, its own software, to assemble customer orders for delivery to home and for the Click & Collect solution, which is offered at over 300 John Lewis and Waitrose stores across the UK.
