The Pallet Network (TPN) has launched TPN XL, a dedicated capacity-managed service for unusual or very large pallets, which provides customers with guaranteed delivery windows.
Through the service, TPN’s hub dedicates its daytime services to managing and distributing freight which does not fit well within standardised pallet loads. TPN sees the service as a significant gap in the market that competitors have not addressed.
“This freight needs expert and specialist handling but should still receive the excellence and reliability of service that we give to standard pallets,” said Mark Duggan. “It follows the surveys TPN has conducted to see how well our services match the needs of individual customers and sectors.”
