Suttons wins new national contract with Haltermann Carless

Suttons Tankers has won a new contract with Haltermann Carless, a provider of high-value specialty hydrocarbon solutions.

Suttons Tankers has won a new contract with Haltermann Carless, a provider of high-value specialty hydrocarbon solutions.

Suttons will be transporting gas condensate from Spirit Energy’s Barrow Gas Terminal in Cumbria to Haltermann Carless in Harwich.

Previously, Suttons had advised Spirit Energy on best practice with regards to vehicle equipment and specification. Suttons were able to support in the writing of procedures and consulting with engineers to help ensure a safe working environment for appropriate road loading. Suttons’ network of depot locations supported a solution of inter-depot night trunking, minimising the requirement for resources while maximising the use of equipment and speed of delivery.

Suttons operates in the UK with a fleet of more than 700 vehicles focused on the chemicals, gas and fuel sectors and internationally with key business centres in New Jersey, US; Widnes, UK; Antwerp, Belgium; Ludwigshafen, Germany; Kuantan, Malaysia; Singapore; Shanghai, China and Tokyo, Japan.
