Rhenus Contract Logistics and 12Return have announced plans for a collaboration to work together on the exclusive development and promotion of a returns management solution for the medical device industry.
The combination of 12Return software and Rhenus’ services is expected to create an end-to-end solution including the authorisation, transportation, processing and settlement of product returns.
