Parcelforce Worldwide enhances website parcel tracking


Royal Mail Group’s express parcels business, Parcelforce Worldwide, has announced a redesign of its tracking results page with a simplified display of information for customers tracking items through its network.

The new features include a visual display status bar showing where a parcel is in its journey, a new enhanced summary message explaining the last tracked location of the parcel and next steps and a new proof-of-delivery signature that is expected to be automatically be displayed on the same screen when available.

In addition, Parcelforce Worldwide has also announced the introduction of PayPal as a payment option on its website. Customers are now expected to be able to book their parcel online and choose to pay by debit/credit card or PayPal.
