Coca-Cola Enterprises (CCE) has signed a five-year lease with Logicor for 233,000 sq ft of warehouse space in London, UK.

This transaction has involved a real partnership between us and CCE and we look forward to working closely with them on more projects in the future.”
Chris Hazlewood, Senior Manager, Property & Facilities at Coca-Cola Enterprises said, “We are very pleased to have concluded the important leasehold acquisition of this quality building that meets our capacity needs, and have been impressed with the collaborative approach taken by Logicor, allowing completion of the deal in a very limited timeframe”
Savills, DTRE and JLL jointly advised Logicor on the transaction whilst CCE were advised by Strutt and Parker.
