Coca-Cola Enterprises (CCE) has signed a five-year lease with Logicor for 233,000 sq ft of warehouse space in London, UK.
Charlie Howard, Managing Director of Logicor UK said, “We are very pleased to have let this building to Coca-Cola Enterprises and to welcome CCE to our portfolio. This transaction has involved a real partnership between us and CCE and we look forward to working closely with them on more projects in the future.”

Savills, DTRE and JLL jointly advised Logicor on the transaction whilst CCE were advised by Strutt and Parker.
