Tigers has announced an expansion of its omni-channel offering in North America with a new facility in Dallas, Texas.
The 86,000 sq ft site, located at Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport, will specialise in health supplements and cosmetics.
“Our new Dallas facility is perfectly positioned to allow us to deliver omni-channel orders across the USA,” said Amber Braband, VP, Growth, Tigers.
“Our global warehouse management system and SmartHub: Connect are integrated with customers’ order management systems, allowing for real-time order processing.
“Our eShop, which will be available to customers across our US offices in March, will enable customers to enter the e-commerce market.
“We are currently implementing multinational, multi-level marketing solutions for personal care products, as part of our commitment to clients.”
The Dallas branch offers the full range of Tigers’ logistics services, from international freight forwarding and Customs brokerage to omni-channel fulfilment for the retail industry and others across North America.
Hong Kong-headquartered Tigers, describing itself as an “e-commerce specialist”, now operates 16 offices in the USA, including Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Detroit, Los Angeles, Riverside, Miami, New York, Newark, San Francisco, and Seattle, and is planning further expansion in 2018.
