Geodis has opened a new 5,000 sq m distribution depot in Saint-Priest to the south of Lyon, France. The new site boosts the Group’s presence in the Rhône department by increasing its total ‘parcel-transport’ warehouse surface area to 46,000 sq m.
The Saint-Priest facility, opened in September, is the Group’s third in the Rhône department. With a surface area of 5,000 sq m and 100 docking bays, the site employees 27 operatives and can ship and receive 1,200 parcels and pallets a day.
