GEODIS has announced that it has appointed Antje Lochmann as the new Managing Director of both its Freight Forwarding and Contract Logistics divisions in Germany.
Antje has many years of experience in the logistics industry and within the GEODIS organisation, having joined the company in 2011, and taking over the role as the Managing Director of Germany’s Freight Forwarding activities in 2018.
In her new role, she will also manage the Contract Logistics’ line of business in Germany. She will be responsible for 22 locations and around 1,350 employees.
“Our Freight Forwarding and Contract Logistics business units will be gathered under the same leadership in Germany in order to create new synergies and to successfully develop the company in accordance with our regional growth strategy,” said Thomas Kraus, GEODIS’ President & CEO North, East and Central Europe.
