Estafeta has announced the appointment of Jose de Jesus García Ibarra as its National Director of Operations.
Ibarra has experience in logistics, having worked since 1996 with major transnational corporations’ process optimization, distribution networks, transportation management, inventory management and route design. He is also experienced in Supply Chain Management via S & OP, MRP, MPS and DRP.
Ibarra’s main objectives will be to continue with Estafeta’s growth seen in recent years, as well as designing new distribution channels that meet the needs of current and potential customers.
Commenting on his appointment, Ibarra said, “Given the steady increase in demands solutions logistics, the main challenge is to adapt both transport and storage infrastructure as technological tools with greater dynamism and flexibility to respond effectively to new distribution channels.”
