Drone Delivery Canada announces letter of intent

Drone Delivery Canada (DDC) has announced that with the assistance of Air Canada it has accomplished its first development in its global strategy, a letter of intent (LOI) with Astral Aerial Solutions Limited located in Kenya.

In a little over a year of working with Air Canada, DDC has successfully signed several customers in Canada, and some are already using cargo drones for commercial deliveries in Canada. DDC now has agreements with DSV Panalpina Canada, Edmonton International Airport, Vision Extrusions, Georgina Island First Nation and Beausoleil First Nation in Canada. With this announcement, DDC signs its first international LOI.

Mr Sanjeev Gadhia, Chief Executive Officer of Astral Aerial Solutions and Astral Aviation, expressed that DDC’s experience and technology will greatly benefit various sectors in Africa, but specifically help resolve challenges related to healthcare and accessibility of remote communities.
