Dachser Air & Sea Logistics has opened an office in Gothenburg for air and sea freight. This new office is an expansion of Dachser’s network in Scandinavia as it already has offices in both Denmark and Finland.
The office in Gothenburg opened with eight staff with the prospect of around 20 employees in the future. The service portfolio comprises all global air, sea, and rail services as well as customs clearance and warehousing. Gothenburg is the second largest city in Sweden and has one of the largest export harbours in northern Europe. The city is located on an E-road highway, an important route for north-south connections for Sweden and Norway.
Working with the Swedish Overland Transport Organization, Dachser can now offer its existing and potential customers a range of multimodal logistics services.
