As co-owner and director of Labyrinth Logistics Consulting, Jo heads up Labyrinth’s Supply Chain division. The division’s work focuses on logistics strategy, logistics procurement, network design and supply chain visibility projects. In this role Jo has led projects in the aviation, retail, food and construction industries including major strategic and commercial reviews on the use of consolidation centres and central logistics services. Before moving into consultancy ten years ago Jo headed up logistics procurement and development for Mars UK.
Labyrinth also specialises in Health and Safety and compliance in the logistics sector and conducted communication sessions for night deliveries for the 2012 London Olympics and has supported the CLOCS (Construction Logistics and Cycle Safety) project in London. Supply Chain Director, Claire’s Accessories
As Supply Chain Director for Claire’s Accessories, Martin is accountable for creating and championing operational solutions, including omnichannel distribution and warehousing, strategic sourcing and project management across Europe and the Far East.
Previously, as Vice President, Operations Excellence for DHL Supply Chain, Martin was responsible for the delivery and implementation of strategic sourcing deals across Europe, in line with DHL’s standardisation and simplification agenda.
Prior to this appointment, Martin ran a New Product Development programme within Deutsche Post DHL’s Customer Solutions & Innovation department, creating solutions to facilitate the movement of goods into urbanised environments in emerging cities, in Europe and in China. Sustainability Advisor, Food and Energy, Forum for the Future
Jenny is a Sustainability Advisor across the Food and Energy teams at Forum for the Future, a global independent not-for-profit organisation. A key focus of her work is how to drive forward progress on complex sustainability challenges to create systemic change – both through projects with partners to further sustainability leadership, Forum’s own initiatives, and bringing together different stakeholders for dialogue and collaboration.
Jenny has a background working on environmental justice, human rights and climate change issues. Before joining the Forum, Jenny worked for Proforest, who specialise in sustainable supply chain work, providing strategic advice and implementation support on sustainable production and responsible sourcing of agricultural resources to a range of international producers, organisations and companies including IFC, Unilever, General Mills, Fairtrade, Rainforest Alliance, and the Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil (RSPO). A particular focus of her work was on how companies and certification schemes could be better cooperating to improve smallholder livelihoods.

Wolfgang Lehmacher is Director, Head of Supply Chain and Transport Industries of the World Economic Forum an independent international organization committed to improving the state of the world. Professor in Operations and Supply Chain Management, University of Bath
Brian Squire is Professor of Operations and Supply Management at the University of Bath and a Senior Visiting Fellow at Manchester Business School. Brian is also a director of Bathwick Research, a company providing bespoke research and consultancy in market intelligence and risk management.
Brian’s research and teaching interests lie at the boundaries of operations and supply chain management with a specific focus on the design of supply chains for resilience, sustainability and innovation. Research outputs include highly ranked academic journal papers but also knowledge transfer to industry in the form of risk software, methodologies, presentations, and executive briefings. Following a distinguished career in the British Army where he obtained the rank of Major General, David left the regular Army in September 2009 to pursue a management consultancy career, initially with PRTM then with PwC.
