CEVA Logistics has launched SUITEHOME in Italy, a new home delivery product which offers a complete service, from purchase to installation.
CEVA has created SUITEHOME to provide a personalised B2B and B2C delivery service for shipments that weigh less than 25 kg and ‘White Glove service’, delivery and installation directly at homes, offices and workspaces.
SUITEHOME operates from 08:00 to 21:00 during the week and until 18:00 on Saturdays and Sundays. It is aimed at items such as, household goods, appliances and technology, fashion and sports. The service has been chosen by a consumer electronics customer to cover all its parcels and White Glove services.
SUITEHOME has set itself the ambitious goal of providing a totally integrated and transversal service to all product categories and all types of delivery, with the support of a customer service team. To this end, CEVA has launched a training course in order to offer a personalised and specialised customer service. In particular, the team guarantees a rapid and personalised shipment management as well as a delivery and installation service with the added the possibility of collection and disposal of used appliances.
