C.H. Robinson has announced that Bruce Jantzie has been named Vice President of Global Forwarding Project Logistics. Jantzie joined C.H. Robinson in 2008 and brings 27 years of industry experience to the position. In his new role, Jantzie is expected to lead the day-to-day operations of Project Logistics and report to the President of Global Forwarding, Mike Short.
Short said of the appointment, “Bruce has been an invaluable addition to our global forwarding business and his leadership has brought success that continues to grow.” He added, “We look forward to seeing more successes in the future thanks to his dedication and tenacity for his industry.”
The Project Logistics division of C.H. Robinson oversees the global transport of heavy lift shipments for a variety of industries including oil and gas, mining, and wind power.
Jantzie joined C.H. Robinson through the 2008 acquisition of Transera International Logistics, where he covered a number of roles, ultimately joining the executive leadership team. Prior to joining Transera, he began his career in marketing and sales at CP Rail, working with numerous commodity groups including machinery, dimensional rail, and intermodal.
