APL Logistics announced the appointment of Shigeo Mori as Chief Financial Officer, effective from October 18, 2016. As CFO, Mori will be responsible for leading the global finance, treasury, accounting and global support service functions in APL Logistics. Leveraging his international experience, he will support APL Logistics’ growth plans.
Mori brings over 30 years of experience in accounting and finances in various roles within the Kintetsu World Express (KWE) Group in Japan, UK and the USA. Prior to APL Logistics, Mori held the position of Vice President for Finance in KWE USA. He was also part of the KWE UK management team, with additional responsibilities as the General Administrator of the “The Europe Region Headquarters” (the former The Europe, Middle East & Africa Region).
