A message from our MD Sarah Smith regarding Covid-19

In light of the recent events surrounding Covid-19 we would like to reassure our customers and subscribers of the steps Ti are taking to mitigate the risk for our employees and clients and to ensure there is no change in our high-quality service levels.

Since Friday 6th March Ti has implemented a travel ban for all overseas travel and since Friday 13th March Ti stopped all long journey commutes to Ti offices.

Many of our team already work remotely so on Tuesday 17th March we took the decision to move to 100% home based work for all our team. We had already undertaken necessary steps to ensure equipment was available for all our staff and provided training for effective communication and guidelines for best practice when working from home.

Our telephone lines are working as normal, as are our email systems. All meetings will be undertaken virtually using Microsoft Teams, Skype or Zoom software.

We are confident that our customers and subscribers will experience no change in the typical high quality service level they are used to from Ti.

We are tracking daily the impact Covid-19 is having on logistics and the supply chain and you can find all our whitepapers, briefings and news articles available FREE here:

We appreciate this is an unprecedented time and we are committed to working closely with all our customers and suppliers in this unique situation.

Sarah Smith, Managing Director, Ti
