Bolloré Logistics strengthens its wines and spirits offer


Bolloré Logistics has announced the company’s acquisition of a stake in AMC Company (Agence Maritime Cognaçaise). AMC is expected to continue to operate with French wines and spirits groups, as well as French and foreign traders on behalf of Bolloré Logistics.

According to the announcement, AMC is a French international logistics company specialising in wines and spirits with a turnover over €30m euros in 2015 and a volume of 15,000 TEUs. The company is also present in the US since 1996 and in Spain since 2011.

Henri Le Gouis, CEO Europe of Bolloré Logistics, is to become President while management in the US subsidiary remains unchanged.
