Supply Chain Director, Claire’s Accessories
As Supply Chain Director for Claire’s Accessories, Martin is accountable for creating and championing operational solutions, including omnichannel distribution and warehousing, strategic sourcing and project management across Europe and the Far East.
Previously, as Vice President, Operations Excellence for DHL Supply Chain, Martin was responsible for the delivery and implementation of strategic sourcing deals across Europe, in line with DHL’s standardisation and simplification agenda.
Prior to this appointment, Martin ran a New Product Development programme within Deutsche Post DHL’s Customer Solutions & Innovation department, creating solutions to facilitate the movement of goods into urbanised environments in emerging cities, in Europe and in China. He has held P&L responsibility for 2PL and 3PL operations, supporting Fashion Retail, Automotive and Airport sectors. Before joining DHL, he worked in the Telecomms and Defence sectors, in both commercial and operational roles.
Martin has an MSc from Cranfield University and an MBA from Warwick University. He is married with two children, living in central England.
