Co-owner & Director, Labyrinth Logistics Consulting
As co-owner and director of Labyrinth Logistics Consulting, Jo heads up Labyrinth’s Supply Chain division. The division’s work focuses on logistics strategy, logistics procurement, network design and supply chain visibility projects. In this role Jo has led projects in the aviation, retail, food and construction industries including major strategic and commercial reviews on the use of consolidation centres and central logistics services. Before moving into consultancy ten years ago Jo headed up logistics procurement and development for Mars UK.
Labyrinth also specialises in Health and Safety and compliance in the logistics sector and conducted communication sessions for night deliveries for the 2012 London Olympics and has supported the CLOCS (Construction Logistics and Cycle Safety) project in London. Jo was a key player in the development of Labyrinth’s transport compliance self-audit and management visibility application, SilkThread®.
Jo is Chair of the CILT’s Outsourcing and Procurement Forum and a trustee of Transaid, an international development charity specialising in transport development in Africa.
