In conjunction with Malaysia’s largest postal provider, POS Malaysia, Tigers now offers same-day express services on final mile delivery for Business-to-Business (B2B), Business-to-Consumer (B2C), Business-to-Business-to-Consumer (B2B2C), and Online-to-Offline (O2O) customers.
The e-commerce fulfilment centre, located next to the cargo airstrip at Kuala Lumpur International Airport, has a permit to handle both bonded and non-bonded shipments, benefitting from fast clearance by the Malaysian Customs office also onsite at the airport.
“This facility offers a cost-effective solution for e-retailers wishing to be represented in the world’s largest e-commerce market, Asia Pacific,” said Andrew Jillings, Chief Executive Officer and Group Managing Director, Tigers.
“Customers who decide to sell their products on our Malaysian eShop can also opt to have immediate access to 25,000 POS Malaysia employees through a direct link from the eShop to POS Malaysia’s in-house marketplace on their staff website” said RS Baskkaran, Managing Director, Tigers South East Asia.
Tigers operates four facilities in Malaysia, including an automotive fulfilment centre for Honda in Kota Kinabalu, and offices in Penang, Port Klang, and Kuala Lumpur.
