Logista Pharma signs agreement with Sanofi


Logista Pharma and Sanofi have signed an agreement whereby Logista Pharma will take responsibility for distributing Sanofi products in Spain to Hospitals, Pharmacies, Health Centres and Wholesalers, among others. The agreement, effective from October will see Logista fully manage Sanofi’s distribution needs until January 2019.

Logista Pharma will take responsibility of Sanofi’s distribution centre in Spain located at Leganés and will incorporate the premise’s staff. This centre is one of the largest in the country belonging to a single laboratory and manages an annual volume of 55 m units.

Sanofi is a worldwide biopharmaceutical company, focused on human health, from prevention, with vaccines, to innovating therapies for minority diseases. It is present in over 100 countries and has over 100,000 employees and 20 research centres around the world.

Logista Pharma will utilise the Logista Group’s transport companies, Nacex, Integra2 and Logesta, to distribute pharmaceutical products in Spain and Portugal, including Balearic and Canary Islands, securing full operational integration, with real time physical and thermal traceability.
