FedEx Corporation has announced the acquisition of Northwest Research, Inc., an inventory research and management company. Northwest Research’s proprietary technologies and capabilities are intended to complement and expand the FedEx portfolio of offerings important to the global e-commerce marketplace.
Founded in 1996, Northwest Research seeks new approaches to inventory management issues, including specialized research for challenging shipments.
