Quantium Solutions Australia acquires CP Holdings for AU$95m

Quantium Solutions (Australia), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Singapore Post, announced that it is acquiring 100% of Couriers Please Holdings (CP Holdings), an Australia-based parcel delivery company, from New Zealand Post Group for AU$95m. The acquisition is designed to enhance Quantium Solutions’ e-commerce logistics capabilities in Australia.

Quantium Solutions is a regional e-commerce logistics provider offering fulfilment and e-commerce solutions. It has operations in 12 countries within the Asia Pacific region and access to more than 220 countries/territories worldwide. Quantium Solutions Australia’s operations are headquartered in Sydney.

CP Holdings has national coverage of Australia, operating a low cost network with an asset light franchisee model. The company’s revenue for the year ended June 30, 2014, was over AU$100m.
