Ningbo Port’s Zhenhai Bonded Logistics Centre approved

Ningbo Port announced that its Zhenhai Bonded Logistics Centre has been officially approved by four ministries and commissions of the Chinese state, including the General Customs Administration and the Ministry of Finance. Ningbo Port claims that the facility is the first local clearance procedure (LCP) bonded logistics centre in China as well as the only bonded logistics centre with LCP as the main cargo type in the country.

The logistics centre is situated within Zhenhai Port Area and Zhenhai Petrifaction Economic Zone, China. The facility has a storage tank capacity of 214,000 cu m, including 194,000 cu m in Zhenhai Port Area.

Zhenhai Bonded Logistics Centre is mainly engaged in the operation of international trade, processing trade, entrepot trade and bonded cargo trade. Ningbo Port has stated an aim to continue to develop its custom bonded and free trade zone operations.
