IDI Gazeley has announced the construction of two new buildings at the Crossroads Distribution Center near Memphis, Mississippi, USA.
Building I, an 829,920 sq ft site, is under construction and is scheduled to be delivered in November 2017. Then, in mid-2018, construction will begin on Building J. This site will eventually cover 1,085,000 sq ft and will add to the 11 current buildings at Crossroads. The site is built for regional distribution and is close to a number of modes of transportation in the Mid-South.
