UPS expands to 13 cities in China


UPS announced that it has expanded its presence in 13 additional cities including Jiangsu, Shandong, Zhejiang, Guangdong provinces,and Chongqing Municipality, as part of its long term growth strategy in China.

Customers in Jiangsu, Shandong, Zhejiang, Guangdong provinces and Chongquing Municipality are expected to now have access to UPS’s full portfolio of services.

UPS announced customers in these areas would now benefit by access to/from Asia, Europe and the US at a speed accelerated by up to two days, time-definite service coverage for imports into China with guaranteed 12pm and 2pm deliveries via UPS Worldwide Express® service2, flexibility and convenience with UPS’s later cut-off times to tender shipments (by up to 6 hours) and visibility over shipments with UPS’s proprietary tracking solutions.

UPS entered the China market in 1988 and serves over 300 cities across the country.
