Menlo Logistics and Prologis agree development of 70,000 sq m distribution centre


Menlo Logistics announced a build-to-suit agreement with Prologis for a new 70,000 sq m regional logistics facility in Eindhoven, the Netherlands. The facility will be located at the Acht industrial park in Eindhoven and offers direct access to Belgium and Germany, as well as Amsterdam to the north.

Bianco Jr., president Menlo Logistics said “The Benelux region and Europe as a whole has always been a strong market for Menlo and represents one of our most promising growth areas, due largely to our presence in the healthcare sector, where we have served medical device manufacturers for many years.”

The new Eindhoven facility adds to Menlo’s existing European footprint, which comprises of 16 facilities throughout Europe and is expected to support services such as picking and packing operations, product configuration, customized labelling and return management services.

Construction is scheduled for completion in the first quarter of 2016.
